We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead our existing team of top notch staff.
As General Manager, you'll be expected to run the venue as if it were your own business, ensuring you train and coach your team both front of house and back of house to consistently exceed customer expectations and work as one team to drive the business forward, while at the same time engaging with central support functions.
Your role is important in ensuring that the venue runs like clockwork.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and consistently hitting sales targets as well as ensuring costs are effectively controlled and all compliance and legislative responsibilities are met and venue standards are of the highest level. You will also be totally comfortable dealing with any queries from customers; ensuring that they enjoy their experience every time they visit Hillhead Bookclub!
