As Head Chef you will have responsibility for the full catering operation. You will be charged with delivering consistently high quality produce, stock control & food orders, the recruitment & training of the kitchen team as well as all environmental health issues.
Being our Head Chef you will have the opportunity to be creative with ideas for the menu. You will have sole responsibility of ensuring that the menu produced meets the business gross profit margin as well as being responsible for all kitchen costs.
